Delivery timeframes

Each product has its own estimated delivery timeframe, shown on the product page and in your cart. Estimates are exactly that — estimates. They can move due to supplier processing, carrier delays or peak periods.

Where orders ship from

Products are sourced from a mix of suppliers, some of which are located overseas. We don't claim local stock or next-day delivery unless it is confirmed for a specific product.

Tracking

We email tracking details as soon as they're available for your order. If your tracking hasn't updated in a while, contact us and we'll chase it up.

Shipping costs

Shipping is calculated at checkout and shown before you pay. Some products include free delivery, marked on the product page.

Delays and missing parcels

If an order hasn't arrived within its estimated window, get in touch. We'll investigate with the carrier and, where appropriate, replace or refund the order.
