About these terms

By placing an order with The Gift Drop you agree to these terms. They don't limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Pricing

All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable. Shipping is shown at checkout before payment. We may change prices at any time, but not after your order is placed.

Orders

An order is accepted once payment is confirmed. If we can't fulfil an order — for example an item becomes unavailable — we'll contact you and refund you in full.

Delivery estimates

Delivery timeframes shown on the site are estimates only and are not guarantees. We don't guarantee delivery by a specific date, including Christmas.

Product information

We aim to describe products accurately. Images are indicative and packaging may vary.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
